Rachel has a practical, strategic and results focused approach to assisting clients.  She specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, acting for a range of clients from private to NZX listed companies and from local to multinational.

Rachel was admitted to the bar in 2007, and practiced in Wellington until her return to Hawkes Bay in 2016.  Rachel Joined Fitzherbert Rowe in 2024 after leaving the Partnership of a Hawkes Bay firm.

Rachel has a broad civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice, and is best known for her expertise in secured and unsecured recoveries and enforcement litigation and dispute resolution.
