Maurice commenced legal practice in 1964 and became a partner in Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers predecessor, Rowe, O’Sullivan & Co in 1967.

Maurice is one of the most experienced law professionals in the region and has worked for national clients and exporters both locally and internationally. He is now primarily focused on resource management matters and regularly undertakes major work on behalf of several local property developers, helping them to achieve commercial outcomes. Maurice is a Notary Public and a recipient of a City of Palmerston North Civic Honour.
