Barry, operates mainly out of the Feilding office, primarily works for rural and business clients, advising on succession planning, sales, acquisitions, structures and contracts.
He has a particular interest in subdivisions and regularly advises clients on subdivisions around the country. His many years of experience means Barry has built up a reputation for taking a highly pragmatic approach to client’s affairs, with practical and timely advice tailored to each client’s particular need.
Barry is a past convenor of the Law Society Standards Committee (Manawatu Branch). He is the honorary solicitor for a number of charitable and sporting organisations and has recently retired from the Board of the Manawatu Rugby Union.
Barry is a member of the Property Law Section Member 2020/21.
