Paula started with Fitzherbert Rowe in 2016, managing the Trust Account.

Her work ignited a passion for understanding various legal systems and software, she is always seeking innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency. Paula has also become well versed in what it takes to migrate one practice management system to another after assisting with three of Fitzherbert Rowes mergers and acquisitions.

Paula is known for her festive spirit, often dressing up for office celebrations especially at Christmas time

In her free time, she dedicates herself to Act Three Productions (a local theatre company), both on stage and behind the scenes, a passion she has pursued for 20 years.
