Lesley is a senior property and projects lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property and project areas.
Lesley has acted for private clients, investors, SMEs, developers, corporates, overseas clients, and listed companies across the full spectrum of commercial property work.
Lesley’s practice focuses on:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial and residential conveyancing
- Large-scale subdivisions, including staged unit title, crosslease conversions and greenfields developments
- Body corporate structures and governance
- Development and project work from acquisition through to subdivision, selldown and settlement
- Due diligence investigations and reporting
- Commercial leasing, including negotiating and documenting leases, rent reviews, variations, and renewals
- Financing and refinancing, and documentation including land covenants, easements, and body corporate rules
Lesley has led and delivered significant development projects, including complex multiunit and greenfields subdivisions, and is experienced in coordinating large volumes of project work for multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear, practical communication.
