Caroline is an employment law specialist, who has been practicing for over 10 years and prides herself on the approachable and friendly advice which she tailors to each client.
Caroline’s practice focuses mainly on providing advice to employer clients. Alongside this, she also undertakes independent workplace investigation and works with employees in senior leadership positions. She is especially interested in the impact of bullying in the workplace and the crossover between employment law, discrimination and wellbeing.
Whilst Caroline consults for Fitzherbert Rowe, she also runs her own specialist employment law firm, Black Door Law.
Rasied in Feilding, Caroline spends her spare time with her husband and three children. She loves pouring over interior design magazines and cooking (eating) delicious meals.
Caroline is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa – Wellington Branch Women in Law Committee and Wellington Branch of Employment Law Committee.
