Prior to joining Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers in 2010, Alastair worked as a detective in the New Zealand Police, and as a Crown Prosecutor.
Leading Fitzherbert Rowe’s litigation department, Alastair advises on all matters relating to civil and criminal litigation and has extensive experience in employment law. Appearing in various courts and tribunals, Alastair’s clients benefit from his extensive background in Criminology and his dedication to achieving successful outcomes. Alastair is also well known for his expertise in local government matters, and regularly provides legal advice to several district and regional councils around New Zealand.
